In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pke365", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pke365 gaming platform and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the pke365 platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by a player to access pke365 services.

To register and maintain an active account on pke365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pke365 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gambling best practices applicable to its licensed jurisdiction.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations by corporations, trusts, or automated systems are prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of pke365 or its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from pke365 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or at any point during active account use.
• You must not be accessing pke365 from a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling under applicable local law. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the pke365 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, pke365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and withhold any bonus-derived winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must notify pke365 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pke365 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login details.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your pke365 account is for your personal use only.

pke365 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its discretion, with or without providing a reason, in accordance with its obligations under its gaming licence and applicable compliance requirements.

pke365 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all player accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC may also be requested at any other time as part of our ongoing compliance obligations.

The standard KYC documentation required by pke365 includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of Age: Your date of birth must be clearly legible on the provided ID document and must confirm you are 21 or older.

pke365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposit methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your pke365 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account, depending on interbank processing times.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed on the pke365 deposit page prior to initiating a transaction.
• pke365 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's name or that cannot be verified under our KYC procedures.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

By making a deposit on pke365, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legally obtained and that you are not engaging in any form of money laundering or financial crime. pke365 has legal obligations to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities under its licensing requirements.

Withdrawal requests on pke365 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder that matches the name on file with pke365.
• pke365 targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours for verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider timelines.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the pke365 withdrawal page. pke365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Where a player has received bonus funds, all applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• pke365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

pke365 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and season-specific promotions tied to events such as PSL cricket season. The following general terms apply to all pke365 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used for wagering only until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Only one bonus may be active on a pke365 account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the wagering requirement is completed in full.

• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All gaming activity on pke365 is subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, which are published within the respective game interfaces and betting sections of the platform. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply across all pke365 products:

• Cricket Betting: All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the governing cricket authority (e.g., PCB, ICC). In-play markets are settled based on the ball-by-ball position at the time of settlement. pke365 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors that affect the display of live odds.
• Live Casino: All live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (card dealing, wheel spin, etc.) as captured on the live video feed. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pke365 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may be permanently banned, with all winnings voided:

• Opening or operating more than one pke365 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with pke365 gaming services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the pke365 platform or any of its third-party game providers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode to gain an advantage over other participants or the house.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pke365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pke365 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the pke365 platform without the express prior written consent of pke365.
• Using the pke365 name, logo, or any associated branding in any external context without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pke365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the pke365 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pke365 service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, pricing, or game information resulting from a technical error, provided that pke365 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where pke365 has not been negligent in its security obligations.

Where pke365 is found liable under applicable law, its maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your pke365 account at the time the claim arises.

pke365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the pke365 website. Where changes are material, pke365 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-site notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pke365 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact pke365 support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pke365 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pke365's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by the relevant licensing authority.

Where your local law grants you additional consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract, nothing in these Terms shall operate to reduce or remove those rights.
